If you are local to New Hampshire and would like to bring your child to see Annette and Jessica, we would love to help!
What makes Annette and Jessica so different is that they are with you and your child every step of the way. Jessica will not put your child on Miralax and send you out the door. She recommends all natural solutions and is available via text and phone to help titrate supplements as needed so your child has success all while providing recommendations to heal the gut and increase acceptance of high fiber foods.
Annette will focus on what is happening with your child’s pelvic floor, core and surrounding musculature that may be contributing to their toileting troubles. She will work with you and your child to develop an appropriate program geared towards your child’s needs. She will teach your child strategies to use at home to aid in the toileting process.
Most of the services provided are covered by insurance, some at no cost to you.

Poop Boot Camp
Our Poop Boot Camp was designed with families like yours in mind. This 6 module course walks you through why your child is struggling, natural solutions to constipation, how working on the pelvic floor could be the missing link in your child’s care, withholding and what to do about it and a whole section just for kids. The course is self guided and you have lifetime access so you can learn at your own pace.
Constipation Solutions Packages
Would you like a personal, 2:1 consultation with The Gurus? This is an opportunity to ask Annette and Jessica the questions you need answers to in a private Zoom session. Included in the package is our popular Boot Poop Camp and an option for one or two follow up sessions. You will receive a questionnaire prior to the consultation so Annette and Jessica can maximize the session. Consultations are booked on a case by case basis.
Cooking & Nutrition Classes
Jessica offers in person and virtual cooking and nutrition classes to help your kids get in the kitchen and learn skills that will last a lifetime. Jessica’s passion is being with children in the kitchen, exposing them to new tastes and textures and allowing them to explore their food preferences. Studies show that kids who are involved in the preparation process are more likely to eat the food they have prepared. These classes can be scheduled for families or a group of friends.
Potty Training
Are you ready for your child to ditch the diaper? Have you tried multiple methods without any success? Is your child good and ready for this big step? Join me on the journey of potty training. Annette will answer the when and how questions of potty training and guide you through the obstacles that you may encounter on the journey. She recognizes that every child is different and on their own timeline. She’ll work with you to troubleshoot potty issues and help your child reach freedom!
